Yes.. I've only dealt with short form.. 30 seconds and such.. but when it's one interleaved file, video and audio will be in sync. Haven't had a problem yet.

also.. if you're worried.. you can also render out to Quicktime as well..

Vegas doesn't render a Microsoft DV AVI (unless you specify if). When you use the "NTSC DV AVI" option it renders in the Sony codec. But, the sony codec only works in Vegas. IF you wanted to render a MS DV codec, don't choose NTSC DV, choose the Microsoft DV codec. Also, you can download from matrox (www.matrox.com) their DV, MJPEG, DVCPro & DVCPro50 codec's. Since Matrox has hardware on Mac & PC, rendering to those might be a good idea.
