@Ondej-Svato Hi, check your GPU driver is up to date, in Vegas - Help there's an option to check for driver updates,

& btw 're-installing many times' can do more harm than good,

Yes i have all the latest drivers installed. It doesn't show anything in Help/Check for Driver Update.
