Chroma Keyer Transparent PNG

I'm having a problem with the Chroma Keyer. I'm trying to remove the white background of a logo, with the Chroma Keyer. However, only half of the background is removed, the other 50% is still completly visible.

I have never experienced this problem in the past. Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks,
Ken

Do you have FX bypass on?

Click the half-moon icon in the video preview window.

It sounds like your background isn't a uniform color. Try adjusting the low threshold of the key and see if that helps.

I'm a bit confused by the subject line. The second half suggests that you're using a PNG that has transparancy. If so, you shouldn't need to use the chroma keyer. But you migh have to change the alpha channel property (Right-click the event, Properties, Media tab).

Thanks Glenn.

That fixed the problem. I have never came across that before.
