Cineform Neoscene Trial for AVCHD

I am using a Canon HF200 camera, giving me AVCHD and mts files. I am trying out Neoscene to convert the files for easier editing and rendering with VMS 10 Platinum.
In the converted files I'm finding that moving objects in the scene are "ghosting" or "blurring" (not sure what the correct term would be), which is not seen in the original mts files. Ticking the deinterlace box in neoscene helps a bit, but it is still very noticeable.
Any suggestions for getting a truer reproduction of the original files?
Thanks

1. Do deinterlace in Cineform.
2. Use "high" quality in the Cineform prefs.
3. Use the right project properties for these AVIs in Vegas. Make sure Vegas sees the AVIs as progressive, sometimes it doesn't, known bug.
4. Disable Resample before you export.
5. Export at the same frame rate as the AVIs.

Please tell us if you still see ghosting in the FINALLY exported video after doing all that.

Thank you for the suggestions Eugenia. I have done them and the result is significantly improved. Still not as clean as the original mts files but certainly acceptable.
