cinematic look

does ms have this capability to change the look of the movie like for example like in the movie minority report or the matrix. if ms does not have one, what other software have this capability. an inexpensive would be great!

have another question....how do you film something when it looks like your seeing something through a oval magnifying glass. like the scene looks like each end is bend vertically. for example: like the text effect in ms "bend vertically". do you have to have a special lense for the camera in order to achive that effect on the scene? sorry new to ms, thanks.

I don't know what specific effects you're thinking of from Minority Report or The Matrix, but you can do a lot with the Video FX. The lens effect you asked for is called "Spherize".
