It is more compatible with Vegas 8 Pro because all you have to do is Right Click on an audio track to Generate Music. If all else fails with any video editor, you can always make a soundtrack in Cinescore at your desired length, render it out, and then bring it into your project. Cinescore would give you a black/blank video track included with the audio, but that's easy enough to delete.
Thanks for the advice! From what little I can interpret from Sony's on- line tutorial, it appears as though once I was satisfied with my VMS project in VMS, I would render the VMS project into a file, open Cinescore and then inport the rendered file into Cinescore. Once my video file was in Cinescore, I would then build/construct the Cinescore wave form. Once satified with the Cinescore wave form, I would then render it and import it back into your VMS-P project (hope that makes sense). Would you agree that is the way I would be forced to use Cinescore with VMS-P?
