clean uninstall

I thought I did a clean uninstall of DVD architect, but when I go to reinstall it, it says it is already installed, but I know it isn't. The version is the DVD Architect current trial version and my computer is running Windows 10. I have spent so much time on this and am very frustrated. I tried the steps they suggested, but it didn't help. Thanks!
