Click-play in trimmer

If you have a project playing in the TL and click below the events on an empty area, Vegas plays from the point on the TL where you clicked, is there a way to do this in the trimmer?

Playback in the trimmer can only start at cursor placement, or at the head of the media in the trimmer. You can jump to markers/regions, but that's about it. You can scrub in the trimmer too.
