it'll be under options -> metronome (at least it is in Vegas 2 and 3!!!)

also, you can set up the speed of the metronome in the project's properties.

Go to file -> properties -> select tab 'measures and beats' and work out the tempo and time signature of your project.

It is about time SF made this easier though, by putton BPM and time signature next to the transport controls... grr.

Hey but in VV3 there should really be a BPM thingy right there just like in ACID, am I right??@!?!?!
