clicking on Make DVD crashes DVDA

I had this last week, then it spontaneously cleared up. Now it's back.

I have written to Support, but I'm not sure if they're there weekends.

The moment I click on Make DVD I get an error message (reproduced below) and have to close DVDA.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling DVDA (and re-registering!) - no difference.

Fortunately no deadlines close, otherwise it would be ***!!!###

Anyone else experienced this?

thanks for any help

Hi,
Did you ever get a solution to this as I am now having the same problem, rebooting/reinstalling doesn't help.

I have created other DVDs its just this one thats causing problems.

Any ideas

Drew

I didn't find out the cause, but it stopped happening - I'm "waiting" for it to reappear so I can note what changes might have caused it.

I have an external firewire burner (A04) and disconnecting this whilst booting/opening may have helped, but I can't make the error occur at all at present.

Sorry couldn't be more help - hope you get to the bottom of it - post if you find a cause!
