First time on the forum, glad to know there's others who wuold like to keep track of "already used in the timeline" clips. I would like a way to automatically highlight or change the color of clip files names in the explorer mode and the outer border color of media boxes in the media pool mode once they have been placed on the timeline. This would greatly expedite the creative process as you build your storyline on the timeline using the available event clips (instant detection of repetative use of the same clip).

Maybe there is already a way to do this or a small macro program could be devised to generate the needed results....any help would be much appreciated. I just installed the 5.0b update..I don't like what I,'m hearing about possible bugs...Vegas is the Best! ...let's keep making it better!
