Clip Logging In MS Access

OK,
Being the impatient, impulsive person I am, and intrigued by Grazies Idea for a clip DB, I just couldn't contain myself. It probably doesnt contain all elements for some and too many for other. Probably not pretty enough for some but I tried. I needed to learn this relational DB stuff anyways and I did learn alot doing it. If even a few people find it useful then I will be gratified. Any tips or pointers from the pros would be appreciated. I dont have an upload site but will email to anyone who wants to try it. Size is 1.64 MB with one test record in place.

That sounds a bit large to me. You might want to try compressing it. I still am running Office 97, but if the layout is still similar, Tools/Database Utilities/Compress Database might shrink it.

http://www.VegasUsers.com is a good place to upload this file to (but as of this moment in time the site appears to be down).

In Access 2000/XP, it's Tools-Database Utilities-Compact And Repair Database. Don't know about Access 2003 but I'm guessing it's the same as in 2000/XP.
