Closed Captioning

Hello,

I can't seem to get closed captioning to work. I add TEXT commands to the timeline where I want the closed captioning to occur. I then render the project to WMV format. When I play the clip back in Media Player, however, I do not see any closed captioning. I have enabled the "ShowCaptions" option in Media Player. I also do not see the Author, Copyright, etc. information in Media Player.

Is there a setting in Vegas that I need to set so that it will use all the metadata that I've entered in the timeline and summary page?

I did get the closed captioning to work just fine under Windows media player 7. The manual on the Vegas Video CD explain this a great deal and I was using the Windows Media VIDEO V8 for the encoder. I would like to see more control over the font sizes if possible. The closed cationing feature was one of the key reasons for me to buy Vegas Video.
