This shouldn't be a problem, as the act of capturing should generate a .AVI, .MPG, or some other standard form of video file. VV3 seems to be very good about using different types of media files.

There are probably issues related to frame size and frame rate - mixing different frame sizes or frame rates would cause VV3 to have to interpolate some of the data during preview and rendering. Others with more knowledge on this will be able to give you more info. It will work, I just don't know if the quality will be a problem.

Also, I don't think you'll be able to use the DC30 to display on an external monitor. Driver issue.
