I shot Prores HQ footage and I color graded it in Vegas Pro 21, in Vegas I get color banding but in Premiere pro it looks perfect. I used the Vegas color grading panel and i get the same results using the RGB curves effect.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? I prefer editing with Vegas and I would hate to switch.

No problem! I see it both in my preview window and in any render template I select including mp4 and ProRes.
try setting project settings to 32 bit full range. If things are too dark when you do that, set it to 32 bit video levels.
