Color Bars and Tone In Vegas?

Does Vegas have color bars and TONE? I noticed the bars but I need 1k tone for broadcast...

You can use Sound Forge's Simple Synthesis tool to generate the tone. I emailed you the tone in case you don't have Sound Forge.
