Color Curves Gone

I applied Color Curves FX to the whole project by dropping the fx to the preview window. I accidentaly closed the fx window.
How can I get it back to change it. Now I can only open the indivudual fx on each clip but not the one I created for the whole project.

Hold your mouse over the icons in the preview window, find the one that says Video Output Fx and click it. it's third from the left

... and for accidental closings/deletions generally, don't forget Undo,
