You don't really understand what you are asking for. Nothing like that is going to appear in Vegas with GH5 files. RED has a plugin to handle their special raw files.

If you want a lot of the functionality of ACR, try Grade Color Curves. You won't get shadow/highlight recovery, though. The Vegas color grading panel does some of this in a nice interface.

FilmConvert has similar controls to ACR but doesn't work with Vegas any more (Nitrate). Colorista IV doesn't work in Vegas. I think Hitfilm has such a program but it's not cheap.

If you need something very similar, there is always Premiere.

AFAIK, GH5 doesn't record RAW, it only records already debayered data to YCbCr, which is not even "full RGB". So, having "Color temperature", "ISO" etc. sliders, like with true RAW development apps, is kinda nonsense, don't you think? :)
