I know you are using VPro 14.
There you have a lot of possibilities to change something with the collours by selecting the FX button on a picture on the timeline and than choose for a Vegas colour effect(1 on screenshot), the one called color and try the ones that are shown.

But for what you want maybe it is a good way to choose the very cheap Color-vision lut plugin for Vegas ( 2 on the picture), downloadable here: https://vision-color.com/products/lutplugin/
On the internet there are thousands of free luts that you can download to use with that cheap plugin for Vegas
