combining media

Does anyone know how to cobine maltipule media clips together to make one big movie? For an example, you have one media (avi) of the opening scene, then another avi or wmv file of the first scene, then another avi for scene 3 and so on and so on leading up to the very last scene. I would like to add them all together like a real movie but dvd architect will only alow me to add one media file and one only. Does this mean I have to take all my files, put them together on vegas then burn them, is that even possible?

You are going to be much better off pulling the individual AVI files into Vegas and then rendering a single MPEG that you will use in DVDA - you have a lot more control over the encoding options in Vegas than you have in DVDA.

If you are only able to add one media file, you are working in a Single Movie project. What you want is a Menu Based project.

In DVDA 2, link the segments together with end actions.

In DVDA 1 or 2, you could drop the segments into a "Music" Compliation and they will play sequentially.

Best would be to bring the avis into Vegas and render the Mpeg as one piece.
