Perhaps something like this:

Cat Demo

somewhat like this, same result but i need more detail. It seems they used regions to do this one. They had some room to move. But what if I want to cut out a person talking in a completely different scene. Do I have to keyframe each frame in the clip manualy? Or will VV automaticaly track the motion based on contrast?

Probably with bezier mask, you have to -at least- place a few keys on the most apparent changes of direction from the subject, check what the extrapolation between these keys leads to, and then make the required corrections.
If your subject is like, let's say, "Kramer on acid" ; I guess yes, it'll be every frame...

Even software like AE which has motion tracking needs markers to lock onto. You can caybe get away without them if you've got some hard corners but not with people.
Unless your talent was wearing a motion tracking suit with markers nothing is going to be able to perform that level of magic. If it could Hollywood would be all over it.

Combustion offers motion tracking. You can download 30 day free trials of both that and AE if you can get your project done in that amount of time.
