Why to you want to adjust it? To make the file size smaller? If so, render to a .mpg file (MainConcept MPEG-2), the bitrate can be adjusted to give you the "compression" you want.

Well when I Rander a Video I like to keep it as AVI so when I want to use it again or edit it and put it into another clip it is good video picture.

So I thought of Randering As avi and making the Compression very very Low.

There are many types of AVIs. Some are uncompressed, some are lossless compression and some are heavily compressed. The best picture will be uncompressed, but of course very large files. Codecs like lagarith as well as many others do lossless compression with a smaller file size.

What is your source video?

If from a Mini-DV camcorder, then using the template's default settings will basically to a frame copy with no degradation in video quality. That's assuming you're not adding FX.
