Configure rendering

Hello everyone, I have some videos recorded just like the link: https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive

I'm looking for the highest quality no matter the size of the video. Do you think this rendering is correct?

Do you think it's right or do you recommend me to do it in another way?

"I'm looking for the highest quality no matter the size of the video"

Assuming you mean file size, an uncompressed 'Video for Windows' <.AVI> would be an option, The file would be HUGE though. Another option is an AVI using the Magic YUV lossless codec.. Apple ProRes is another option, both normally have a significantly lower file size than an uncompressed AVI, but large compared to a 'normal' bitrate AVC <.mp4> destined for VT or Vimeo.

@riu

If that WMV was your video than this rendertemplate is totally wrong. Show here a screenshot of the MediaInfo of your source video following this help:https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/

Hi, I was really referring to the file size. I do not care if the file is large. 10 minutes of original video is 4 GB, but that's not a problem. It is a video recorded in 4k, in this file I give priority to the final quality, and it does not matter the size.

I put the mediainfo information:

Than the template you choosed is the right one, maybe to equalize the used bitrates you have to customize that one with the following

What is your end destination? The rendering may vary if you are planning on online as opposed to something like an archive file.

riu wrote on 7/6/2019, 3:53 PM

Thanks,

@Former user The final destination is to see it on my computer, only me. I'm not planning on online.

So, you agree that this is the best rendering to see the video in maximum quality on my pc?

Just filter the rendering options to "Match project settings" and "Video templates only". You will see that there only just few options are left for your media 2160p25, Magix AVC, Magix HEVC, Magix Intermediate and Sony XAVC. When filesize  is no issue, I would go for Magix Intermediate or Sony XAVC, also no need to manipulate bitrates. Just choose and render.

Depends on the power and the program you will use to show it.
I don't like those high bitrates and with me it not needed even not for 4K video.
But I don't know the exact pictures and movements your video has, but if you can play the sourcefile without problems with the same hardware and player you can use that template.
