Yes. That is correct. That's how I do it, anyway.

I am going to buy this just 'cause Dan has taken so much time to assist users with their questions and updates. I think we should reward great tech support when it happens which is some what rare these days I've found. Back in the VV2 days, SF gave me a direct number to call with my questions...for free. I was playing with a well known muscial artist and they gave me the extra mile assistance wise. I miss that now in all honesty.

So, thanks Dan for your extremely fast responses to EVERYONE's questions/problems. I don't know if I really need the new features, but I like to support those who support us!

I email Korg keyboards tech support weeks ago with a simple question and no reply dispite the very high end musical clientel I was working for/with...name dropping did no good. haha Codo's to Dan! Derek

I agree completely. I too like to reward that kind of support. Thanks, Dan!

I upgraded to CHD 3 today. Only complaint would be that the upgrade download is version 3.0.1 build 19 when it seems that 3.0.3 should have been what was included when upgrading from 2. No biggie. I'll update later, but I thought I would mention it and maybe they could fix this for future customers. As I said, a very minor complaint that I thought I would mention. Derek

yeah thanksI didnt realize the file I got was 3.0.1 too. Gonna go back to the download in my email and see if its fixed.
Better uninstall .0.1 first was just getting ready to rerender some older 2.5 stuff.

And yes I agree, the Cineform Support bith here and on there site has been excelent. 50% of the reason I upgraded to, besides being a great product.
