connecting multi-tack audio/video together

I edited a lot of weddings for which I use 3 cameras. I know that vegas 5 will match all the audio up for you when you put the markers near each other. Does anyone know how to complete this task. I want to take 3 different videos sources and have vegas line them up.

Vegas won't auto line them for you. You'll need to manually do this, looking for a transient in each of the audio tracks. You can accomplish this with a clap of hands, a beep, or other hard sound that all 3 cams hear.
Vicmilt has a good workflow too, using 3 LCD clocks that are synced together for time, and he can use these to find moments within a few frames, making it fast to find the transients or at least line them up quickly.

Dont forget Multi cam and sync wizard in Excalibur, great for multi cam sync/switching.

I second the multi cam wizard in EXCALIBUR. Its a godsend.
