I recently bought Vegas 5.0 and DVD Architect 2.0-- 3 days before versions 6.0 and 3.0. They had told me that I could exchange it for the new version if I purchased it within 30 days of the release (and it was). Now I have been sending e-mails to them, but they haven’t been responding and it's already been a week. Is there another way I can contact them?
