Contain Media and Export?

My son uses SVMS for his IT project work. I recommended it to his school and they subsequently puchased some packages. He emailed me from his school today and asked if I could email his project from his notebook to his school server. Ouch I cannot immediately see how I can send his project file .vcf and a container with all his media files and titles. Can anyone help me with this please?

You can attach the project files and media files to the email and send them. You could also put all of them into a .zip file and attach just one file that way. Of course, media files tend to be huge. DV files weigh in at about 225MB/minute. Are you sure you want to email them? Burning them to a CD-RW or DVD-RW is probably a much better choice. Using an external hard drive is even better.
