I got mine a few days ago. Very smooth. I changed some of the buttons: Made Button 7 "Home" (keyboard equivalent ctrl home) button 11 "Select to End of Event" (ctrl + Alt + Shift right arrow) and 13 "Select to Start of Event". It would be nice if In and Out would also work in frame by frame mode and not just in Play mode.

After reading post here I went to GUITAR CENTER to inquire. The salesman had never heard of it. I called him yesterday with the info and website. Will be looking into one soon.

I have both the powermate and the shuttle pro. I would say the shuttle pro is worth the extra 60 bucks: Much more funtionality.
