Control of popup length/time in VEGAS Titles & Text

First: Im coming from Vegas Pro 8 to 17. Where is the ProType Titler in 17? In Pro 8 I could control the popup time of text so that I could synchronize word Popup with the VO speaker. How do I do this in 17?
