I just got a MIDI interface to establish a connection between my computer and my Tascam DM-24 console. I'm running Vegas 5. I can pass MTC between them, but what I'm interested in doing is setting up some other functions, like using the tape transport controls, mutes, and faders on the console to control Vegas.

Has anyone else attempted this, and what were the results?
