Convert Sound Designer 2 files

Does anyone know of some software that will convert Sound Designer 2 files to .WAV? Soundforge 5.0e will convert SD1's, but not 2.

you just open it as RAW in SF... and then you can set a few parameters.... if its little endian and so forth.

Cant renmember the exact settings but mess with it and you can open it and they are just fine like that.
