convert Video Factory to Vegas Movie Studio HD 9.0

I'm trying to load a project created in Video Factory 2 into Vegas Movie Studio HD 9.0. The project (*.vf) loads, but I don't see any images or sounds.

How can I load a Video Factory project into Vegas Movie Studio HD 9.0?

I believe VMS is backwards compatible with .vf projects.
Your source media must be in the same place it was when the original project was created. If not, you'll have to find it. If it was deleted, you're SOL.
