Hello,
Vegas 5 will open Vegas MovieStudio 4 .vf file and also SB MovieStudio 3 .vf files.

Tried opening Vegas MovieStudio 4 .vf files in SB MovieStudio 3. that works as well. :-)

Yep, it opened just fine.
