Converting AC3 with Ciler's AC3 Tool: How to?

I created some DVDs in DVDA and now want to convert the audio files to MP3 or WMA.

I have Ciler's AC3 Tool but for the life of me, it's incomprehensible. I've searched the Web for HOW TO info and came up with gibberish.

Can anyone tell me how to tell AC3 Tool to take a particular AC3 file and convert it either to MP3 or WMA? Sorry if I sound completely ignorant, but I am, and info on how to actually use the program is hard to come by, evidently.

Don't know how to use that tool. I no one responds you could check out my earlier posts which describe how to convert o WAV using DVD2AVI:

This tool will let you convert your ac3's to a wave. From there, you can use Vegas to turn them into mp3's or wma's.

How to use. Open the ac3decgui exe (looks like a UPC code)
To listen, just open your files that contain ac3's and drag and drop in the big white square area. As soon as you drop it, it will start playing.
To convert to wave, open the same ac3decgui exe and "Check" the box that says convert to wave before dragging ac3 file. As soon as you drop the file it will start converting to a 48KHz, 16 bit Stereo wave. It will deposit the wave in the same location as your ac3 file.
Everytime I tried to open the "Codec" window the program crashed, but it did the above (listen or convert) if you keep it simple.
Once it's a wave, you can drag it into Vegas and rerender to whatever format Vegas will let you render to.
And, by the way, it's a free tool

Using Ciler's AC3 Tool is pretty simple:

1) Launch the program and choose the AC3 Analysis tab (it should be selected by default)
2) Navigate to the AC3 file you want to convert and select it
3) Click on the AC3>WAV tab
4) Adjust settings as you desire, and click the AC3>WAV button to convert the AC3 file to a WAV file (the WAV file will be created in the same directory as the AC3 file)

I never would have figured it out by myself. Instructions for use of this utility don't seem to exist anywhere on the Web.

As far as I can tell, they both use the same AC3 decoder to do the job (Azid), so I wouldn't expect that the output quality would be any different.

I haven't used BeSweet for a long time. Does it have a lot of options (i.e. per-channel downmix options, etc) for how to transcode the AC3 file to WAV?
