Help! Has anybody had success coverting Quicktime .MOV clips to .AVI?
I converted some .MOV clips (captured originally from DVCAM tapes) to .AVI with Quicktime Pro. When I import the converted media into VV, everything works fine in the trimmer and on the timeline--video and audio dead-on. But when I print to tape, the video prints but no audio.
I tried importing the .MOV clips directly into VV. VV prepares an audio proxy file, but in the trimmer and on the timeline the audio is out of sync with the video. When I print to tape, audio gradually drifts out of sync (audio lags behind the video). When I print a second copy, some of the audio disappears.
Thanks in advance for any help.
