Powerpoint can imoprt Video files by default. Dont know if that was what you were asking.

The preferred formats for PowerPoint under Windows would be MPEG-1 or WMV. Vegas can encode either of these formats. Load your video onto the timeline and render it as either .mpeg (type 1) or .wmv. Keep in mind that converting from one highly compressed format to another can result in substantial quality loss.

MPEG-2 is also compatible with PowerPoint. However, the end user will have to have an MPEG-2 codec installed. This may not be the case with many of the users so it should be avoided unless you know the computer playing it back does have such a codec. If it does, you can use the files you've already produced as-is.
