Cookie cutter

When selected as cut away section, the cut away is too big and border will not let it get smaller. See I was trying to blur everything but a circle of people. Trying to do the reverse of the blur that everyone wants to do on faces. Anyone know how to do the opposite?

From what I have gathered so far, I believ the technique is:

* put mask with cookie cutter on top video and use pan/crop to adjust size as wanted; use keyframes to follow motion of people
* put vid people on lower track.

Think it should work.

Is this what you're after? output.jpg shows the final result. Open up the cookie-blur.veg file to see how i created it. You mentioned the border being too big; have you set the border to 0.000?
