Cookie Cutter Question...

Is it possible to create your own cookie cutters? I'm trying to "cut out" exactly one-half of the screen (right or left - doesn't matter). I've adjusted the settings in the Picture-in-Picture cookie cutter, but it doesn't completely do the job. And the PIP one seems to be the closest to what I'm trying to do. It doesn't matter what preset you start with (you're going to change it to a custom one anyway). I tried shape = rectangle, method = either, feather = 0, border=0, size = 0.5, center x = 0 center y = 0, repeat x=1, repeat y=1. If I had shape = square then I needed center y=0.5 and repeat y = 2.

This looked good to me -- when you say it doesn't completely so the job, what do you mean?
