Cookie Cutter TV look

Has onyone seen the new cookie cutter effect producers are putting on clips in commercials. Its basically multiple TV screens on the screen at the same time but the rectangles around each sceen have curved corners. I was wondering if anyone new if someone made this cookie cutter for vegas.......

You can create this matte in a graphics program such as Photoshop.

Or cut out a white piece of paper in the shape you want. Paste in on a larger black sheet and shoot it with your camera or scan it with a scanner.

You can also use a Bezier mask (in Pan/Crop) to make the corners round.
