Try saving to an NTSF drive as most fat32 drives have problems saving files over the 1 gig limit while NTSF does not.

The plot thickens. i noticed instead of just chopping the avis where it needs to be chopped, it is creating a .wav, that seeems to op[en up as an avi.

This is strange! Time to call customer service. hahah

When you archive using this feature, Vegas creates WAV files for the audio from your AVI files.
