Copy Motion Track to PiP _ and positioning X, Y

using VEGAS Pro 16 Edit (b.424)

Error of positioning the image with the addition of FX "Picture to Picture", after an attempt to synchronize Scripting "Copy Motion Track to PiP".
If applied, then positioning X, Y is lost and the image has the same distortion (offset) relative to the source “Motion Track”.

1) - There was an attempt at resizing with “Bezier Masking - Track” in the original. The use of “Copy Motion Track to PiP” was after resizing the image transferred to the working area, and resizing the image ... after applying FX “Picture to Picture” on it.

2) - There was an attempt at resizing (areas of influence) with “Bezier Masking - Track” in the original. The use of “Copy Motion Track to PiP” was without changing the size of the external image transferred to the working area, and without changing the external image size .... after applying the "Picture to Picture" FX on it.
Resizing the image applied at the end, relative to its own center. As usual. The result of errors is the same as in (1).

Note: with different sizes of images (and their size on the video), and then after synchronization, “Copy Motion Track to PiP” is always a different offset error.

Is this a “bug”, or my misunderstanding of what is happening? Loss of position X, Y (offset).

I need to always have the original, and relative to it to add different images in a certain period of time. I'm not interested in re-editing the X, Y center in each "Picture to Picture" picture.

(I intend to facilitate the speed of my work in this mode. Do not become dependent on the “Picture to Picture” image, but depend on the original “Bezier Masking - Tracking”. And if I need an offset to the next stage, then from the center - I would finished in the manual mode "Motion Track - Curves" (X, Y), with software improvement even in those area. )

Excuse my poor English.
The video is used as an example. But the work itself is often associated with the imposition of different images on a person's face. Also, the example is taken as the most convenient variant of movement (and acceleration, slowing down) the vectors of head movement.

A similar problem begins if you do not start synchronization from the first frame of "Picture to Picture" FX, but while being on a random frame.

A similar problem begins if, when successively replacing an image with another, is not synchronized with the "Motion Track (X, Y position)".

Let me show you how difficult it is to work now, using an alternative example, if ignored my request and opinion about the "bug" of the "Copy Motion Track to PiP" work:

When the first image ends with its time boundary (it disappears in the last frame). The frame is considered new for the next image. Logically, the "Motion Track" vectors should work with the new image.

But, after that it's just a routine .... If you still have to work with "Copy Motion Track to PiP" and sync (X, Y position) on the first slide, and not sync all points (X, Y position) from any position "linear timeline".

Also in the process of working with the docking of different patterns, several other problems and bugs were discovered:
- (+02:50 ...; +03:18 ...) the inability to peel off the second drawing, reducing its size "to the right". Then I moved it - by moving the entire area to the right, and then reducing it by 1 frame, returned it to the "left".
- (+01:47 -- 02:20) Bug. Creating an "extra checkpoint" in the "Motion Track", if you follow the "Playhead in Main Timeline". Or when working at the junction of images, it can manifest itself.
- feature. If the junction of different pictures. The coordinates change for the new picture in the "Motion Track - Curves". (+05:20 -- 06:30), but the vector of the "old picture" still leaves the visual effect coordinates in main video.
