Yes

Just open two instances of Vegas and copy and paste away.

Make that open two instance of 32 bit Vegas. Instances of 64 bit Vegas won't work.

You can't copy and paste between 2 instances of 64-bit Vegas? Really?

Not really! I do it all the time

"Make that open two instance of 32 bit Vegas. Instances of 64 bit Vegas won't work." Not true. Worked fine for me V9e 64 bit, and also V11 64 bit.

@Laurence:

In what way does it fail for you in 64 bit? AFAIK it works fine for me in V11, but perhaps there is some subtlety I am missing. (I do know that envelopes don't copy and neither do track names - but since I am copying all the events, that can't be expected).

Thanks everyone. I was trying to open 2 veg projects under one Vegas session (no go) but opening two individual Vegas windows / sessions and copying & pasting seemed to work fine. I have 64 bit also.
