Hold down the ALT key and type 0169 on the numpad and then release the ALT key. You can get the numeric sequence for any character loading Character Map.

It's built into Windows OS's. Just go to Start/Program/Accessories/System Tools/Character Map.

If you're typing in Microsoft Word you can get it by simply typing "(c)" (without the quotes, of course). The Insert/Autotext menu keeps a list of such shortcuts.
