When applying a copyright notice to the conclusion of a video production, is there a legally prescribed length of time the notice should be visible?
Also, I usually use the "Copyright © 2004 XYZ Productions, Inc. All rights reserved" form both at the end of the production as well as on packaging. Is there a more preferred method of establishing copyright?
