could we please have a folder path memory ( back )?

so IMO it really should go without saying that this is implemented:
Define and save a seperate folder path for Vegas projects and "import media".

Not a showstopper, but slightly more practical.

Thanks!

I can't recall, but when was there a preset destination that all VP projects (.veg) were saved to - and which Vegas Pro version last did that?

Ever since VP10, I've always saved .veg files back to a choice of folders based on the VP version being used, the project folder name, and the .veg file name (incrementally updated) being edited at the time of save. Saving (including via Ctrl-S) always saved over the original .veg file in the original project folder without having to drill down to that folder. Even 'Save As' refers back to the original project folder when updating the name (e.g. v1, v2, v3 etc)

Equally, media import folders could be from any number of sources including various external SSD drives or memory sticks/cards.

By all means request for the 'option' to set default project save and media source destinations in VP, but this IMO should not need to be bypassed by additional keystrokes to get what is already in place - https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/vegas-pro-feature-requests--134374/?page=27
