Well, I placed the order with Videoguys 2 days ago (6 September). I have received no email from them since, so I have just called them. The lady who answered the phone went to check what happened.She then told me they requested the codes from the manufacturer (i.e., Magix) and received no reply yet. She said she had just sent them a new request.

So, come on, Magix! I paid for my upgrade to 15 Suite, so why are you making me wait?
