cowbell sound???

Today is the first time there is a cowbell type sound when I playback a video in video editing mode.
Please be gentle with me....I'm a total newbe with vegas software. I have an 8.0

There are 2 possibilities:

1. Your video contains cows wearing cowbells.

2. The Metronome has been turned on: Goto Menu | Options and turn Metronome off.
