I keep getting a crash right when the window pops up and says its loading render templates, this is right after hit "render as" for my 2 minute video..


i have rebooted
i have reinstalled
i have turned on/off GPU acceleration

I did not have any problems before reformatting PC and re-installing Win8.1.
i can edit and preview video no problems. just cannot render it crashes every time
