I am using Windows 10
the program I'm having trouble with is Vegas Movie Studio version 16.0, Build 175
My Processor is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz, 3001 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
My Graphics driver is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
Lately my copy of Movie Studio has been crashing on startup splash screen, It loads everything up to the "Initializing Device Explorer" message and then it crashes, this happens consistently every time I start the program.
In the Error window the Problem is listed as "Unmanaged Exception (0xe0434352)"
When I enabled extra info I got a long list of SVFX Plug-ins, following the directions given on the troubleshooting page I uninstalled all of those plug-ins, the list now reads the following:

File: C:\Users\My_Name\AppData\Local\Movie Studio Platinum\16.0\gpu_video_x64.log
I tried deleting them but as they are logs they just come back when I start the program.
I have also tried:
Disabling my Web Security
Turning off my .NET Framework 3.5
Renaming the ErrorReportClient.exe to ErrorReportClient2.exe
Uninstalling and Reinstalling the program.
Running the Program in Admin mode.
Running the Program in Compatibility Mode.
None have solved the crashing.
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
