Crash Upon Startup (Unmanaged Exception)

There seems to be literally no way to contact an official support team for this program so I'll try my luck posting here. Anyway, my version of Movie Studio suddenly broke earlier this week and now it's incapable of starting up without instantly crashing. I've sent several crash reports to Magix and here's what the problem looks like:

Application Name: Movie Studio Platinum
Application Version: Version 15.0 (Build 157)
Problem: Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000005)
Fault Module: C:\Program Files\VEGAS\Movie Studio Platinum 15.0\moviestudioplatinum150k.dll
Fault Address: 0x00007FFBBF5D6A78
Fault Offset: 0x00000000001B6A78

Any tech-savvy users know what I could do to fix this? Already tried uninstalling/reinstalling

Uninstalling/Reinstalling doesn't clear out the cache so try a reset. Instructions here https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/

Whilst written for Vegas Pro it also applies to Movie Studio. Follow closely.

This at least lets me start the app again, it crashes after very minimal use, now with the following message:

The address and offset have changed, but I'm not sure what this means.
